FIFF THAVENU
Welcome to the little Saxon community of Fiff Thavenu, sometimes called Saxon Fiff Thavenu.

Here we see the little community as it goes about its daily affairs. On the left is the Welcome Inn, owned by Miss Molly Coddle. That's Molly at the well getting a bucket of cold water. In front of the inn, Molly's boyfriend Ferdy Lance is flirting with traveling minstrel Wanda Ring. One of them will soon be wearing a nice bucket of water! At the back, wicked witch and mystery writer Hagatha Gristley is either preparing a poisonous potion or making lunch. That's Hagatha's shack behind her. And on the right is the humble cottage of Ole Oladihu and his wife Lulu. Ole is talking to forester Lincoln Greene, who lives in the woods near Fiff Thavenu.
You will notice some chests and boxes outside the Oladihu house. The gnomes of the mountains send their valuable things down to Fiff Thavenu, where periodic Viking raids can plunder them; thus the headline 'Viking Sacks Fiff Thavenu."
Here are the citizens of Fiff Thavenu.

Molly Coddle, inn owner, nurse and camp follower.
Ferdy Lance, mercenary soldier and boyfriend of Molly, with his pet mastiff Brutus. Ferdy is dressed for war, and is sitting down because his helmet kept bumping the roof of the display.
Hagatha Gristley, wicked witch and mystery writer, with her cat familiar Grendel. How can a wicked witch write mysteries, you ask? Well, she gets the ending, and then works backward from that.

Lincoln Greene, forester, with his horse and his hounds.
Wanda Ring, traveling minstrel, currently appearing nightly at the Welcome Inn.
Ole Oladihu, poor farmer.
Lulu Oladihu, wife of Ole. She is often carried away by Vikings, and Ole, Ferdy and Lincoln keep rescuing her. But she hasn't given up hope yet.
Here's the interior of the inn on a busy night:

Ferdy and Forrest are tossing back a few, while Molly refills Hagatha's cup, and Ole has just walked in. In the foreground, a handsome prince is courting Wanda, under the impression she's a princess living with dwarves or a lovely maiden persecuted by her cruel stepmother. Hey, if he's buying, whatever!
Upstairs is Molly's room. It's a comfy little place, if a little bit RED!!! There's room for a chest where Molly keeps her things, and even a pants press where Ferdy can hang his clothes.

Here's the interior of the Oladihu home, where Lulu is keeping dinner warm for Ole.

And finally, here's Hagatha's house. It's awfully small - just room for her bed and the little table where she writes her mysteries. We'll assume she's just doodling right now.

Confession: all of the items seen here are authentic Playmobil except the well and Hagatha's furniture, which are from various Smurf sets.
